"Tôi mua bảo hiểm ở đây rất lâu rồi nhưng sự việc ko đáng có xảy ra với tôi , nguyên cách đây 5 tháng trước tôi lên van phòng để làm mới lại và trả tiền cho 6 tháng tới cho 3 chiếc xe , tôi đổi lại 1 chiếc mua 1 chiều thôi vì xe đã củ … sau khi thỏa thuận xong tôi trả đầy đủ . Nhưng nhận cuộc gọi từ StateFarm buộc phải trả thêm hơn 200 đô nữa với lý do cô Thuy phạm làm việc với tôi đã nghĩ và ko làm hồ sơ gửi lên cty …. Tôi gọi lên Vp , ko 1 câu xin lỗi chỉ bảo tôi ko trả thêm tiền ko ban bảo hiểm nữa , hôm sau nghĩ việc vợ chồng tôi phải lên Vp để tìm hiểu và cuối cùng họ nói sẽ gọi cho tôi sau2,3 tuần nữa …. Đây ko ko phải là lỗi của tôi vì sao bắt tôi phải trả tiền cho sự sai sót của nhân viên Vp , vì sao Vp ko trả tiền cho trách nhiệm của mình … qua người đại diện để tạo sự thuận lợi cho khách hàng nhưng đấy là sự phiền toái rất nhiều …. Và nếu ko giải quyết được khi ngày renew tới gần thì sao ? Và ai sẽ chịu trách nhiệm ? Tôi muốn gặp Ken Quách , họ bảo phải làm lịch hẹn … tôi muốn người chu nhân phải trả lời tôi ngay và lời xin lỗi ."
