"We've had the same state farm policy for years and as long as we've had it Lupe has always been there. Everytime we had a question she'd make sure to get us whatever info we needed and helped us understand. All the way till recently where my car was in a hot and run and she help out with any questions all the way to the point where I was settled and paid . She definitely looks out for you when you need her."

"Hands down.. This has got to be one of the best insurance agencies I have come across, and I've been to many. My premium increased due to adding my 17 year old son and his new car. Went in and spoke to Jack. He did some kind of insurance review and lowered my premium by $157.00. He explained the importance of adequate coverage, especially when I have a youthful driver?? Anyways, I like saving money. Staff there is very professional and knowledgeable, especially Maria. She made me feel... like a good neighbor... State Farm is there!!!"

"insanely horrible customer service. I've been a state farm customer for 10 years and needed to change my car insurance to a different state as I've moved. I called in multiple times asking to make sure my coverage extends to April 15 as that's when my new policy starts. I called in at least 5 times and spoke to someone named Maria who told me my coverage will be active through April 15, come to find out they cancelled my coverage in March and no one told me, and that I haven't had any insurance coverage. Maria told me she would call me back to update me three times and never once did I hear back from them. The last time I called in to this office someone just hung up the phone on me. They left a customer of over 10 years driving without insurance and didn't inform me in any way, via phone or email or text. This is disgusting and irresponsible"

"Worst insurance agent I have ever had by a land slide. Over a year as his client and I have never spoken to this guy. When I have concerns and questions someone else responds back but they dont even answer my question. I follow up and I believe his wife responds. I have never spoken a single word to my agent. There is no relationship at all attempting to be built and I'm looking for a new agent with State Farm. Update: For potential customers seeing this and see owner response. Ken never called me. Meghan "took care" of me when I had to keep following up after emailing you and I would get a response from her or one other person. Potential State Farm customers avoid this guy. I have a feeling most of his 5 star reviews are either paid reviews or just family and friends doing review to help appearance."
